The boilers had broken down, with one even exploding, leaving the facility without hot water, heating, and pool heating just days before Christmas. Rapid Energy proposed the installation of a 300kW temporary plant room outside the premises. This quick action allowed us to maintain the leisure centre’s operations while organising the procurement of new boilers and associated materials for a permanent fix. The temporary plant room ensured continuous service, minimising disruption for the Thames Club.
